MEDC: Tribal One
Administrative Assistant
Provide general administrative support to Tribal One. This position assists with basic clerical tasks, document preparation, communication support, and data entry. Responsibilities include assisting with invoice and expense entry to support financial tracking and reporting, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth flow of our daily operations. Manage office resources, including equipment maintenance and supply inventory.
Coordinate staff activities and support field and office operations.
Support word processing and document formatting.
Maintain schedules, logs, reports and meeting minutes.
Assist with administrative reports and responses.
Provide support for payroll and accounting tasks.
Oversee travel arrangements for team members.
Assist with certification renewals and the onboarding of new employees.
Ensure compliance with safety practices and maintain a clean workspace.
Perform other duties as assigned. Some experience in an office or administrative setting preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Internet browsers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
High degree of organizational skills.
Must maintain a valid driver's license.
Ability to successfully pass post-offer employment background check.
Notary certification preferred.
Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
Must pass and remain in compliance with drug free workplace policies. Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times (e.g., office supplies, files).
Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and telephones.
Visual acuity to read and produce documents, spreadsheets, and emails.
Hearing and speech abilities to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
Mobility to move around the office, attend meetings, and retrieve files or supplies from storage areas
