Aerospace manufacturing company urgently looking for Accounts Payable Clerks! This 4-week project has an opportunity to get extended! Qualifications: Accounts payable experience Knowledge of an invoice and PO Ability to manage high-volume of invoice data entry Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processor to support a short-term Accounts Payable (AP) initiative. This role focuses on invoice validation, data entry, and purchase order processing. It's an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to re-enter the workforce, gain hands-on AP experience, or build their resume with a well-known and respected organization. This entry-level position is part of a larger effort to implement a new AP automation system. With a significant backlog of invoices to process, your contributions will be essential to keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Validate supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness Perform data entry tasks related to invoice processing Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slips Identify supplier information and ensure proper documentation Collaborate with the AP team to resolve discrepancies Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
