As a Commercial Servicing Specialist, you are responsible for: Providing quality customer service to support the Commercial Loan Servicing department including but not limited to setting up new loans on the Bank's Core System. Handle inquiries and requests of business customers and Branches. Research and provide required documentation of all subpoena requests. Generate monthly and quarterly reports including reconciling general ledger accounts. Service and administer the remittance of participation loans. Ensure the departmental goals are met, and policies and procedures are up to date. Perform the assigned daily scanning function of loan documents, financials, and tax returns. Responsibilities: Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility. Manage and handle the daily scanning and indexing of loan files, financial statements, and tax returns, provide scanning system training to co-workers. Analyze and remit escrowed loans and track non-escrowed loans; provide support to borrowers for annual escrow analysis. Accurately research all subpoena requests. Timely release of collateral. Quality control review of loan files and documentation. Provide payoff figures and prepare collateral full and partial releases. Monthly reconciliation of departmental general ledger accounts. Monthly remittance and administration of participation loans. Prepare correspondence for various commercial servicing tasks. Ensure accurate system field setups for insurance tracking. Promptly and professionally answer customer inquiries, handle commercial lenders inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner. Accurate and timely input of payments and advances on commercial loan system. Education and Qualifications: High school diploma required plus additional banking courses. Three to five years Loan Servicing experience or some comparable combination of education and experience.
