Clean Room Machine Operator

We're looking for a Clean Room Associate to operate extrusion machinery and help us produce the tubing that keeps industries running smoothlyfrom medical devices to cutting-edge manufacturing. You'll be part of a high-energy team that's all about teamwork, attention to detail, and making cool stuff happen. Accordingly, you will be responsible for product movement, monitoring and identifying quality issues to achieve required quality standards. You will be involved in proposing continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities for the business to excel, and for you to feel proud of your daily accomplishments. The main responsibilities of the role, in line with our values, are: Operate extrusion equipment to manufacture precision tubingdon't worry, we'll train you! Monitor machines and materials to ensure everything's running smoothly and within tight specs. Trim, cut, coil, and inspect tubing with surgeon-like accuracy. Keep detailed records and document product informationclean room = clean data! Follow clean room procedures like a champ (gowning up and gloving up included). Help set up machines and changeover materials for different runsyour work helps us stay flexible and fast. Team up with Quality, Engineering, and other Production heroes to hit daily goals. This is what you'll need to be successful in this role: A high school diploma or GED Strong attention to detailyou notice the little things that others miss The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Comfort with machines, tools, and following step-by-step processes A willingness to learn, grow, and jump in wherever needed Bonus points if you have clean room or extrusion experiencebut not required!
