Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients per their individualized care plan Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team (IDG) in achieving patient care goals Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our patients Promptly reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor Requirements:

Current CNA listing with NC Home Health Aide Registry Must have reliable transportation Hospice or home health experience preferred Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines What You Can Expect From Us:
