2nd Shift Manufacturing Associate
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a mechanical inclination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, which will align successfully with the organization's goals. Location: Brea, CA Pay Range: $21/hr Schedule: M-F (2:30pm - 12am) and Saturday (8hrs) What's the Job? Follow visual instructions to complete small part assemblies. Utilize various hand tools and production equipment as necessary. Visually inspect parts that are made to ensure quality standards. Recognize and solve minor issues during the manufacturing process. Perform other duties that may be assigned to support production goals. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Able to lift 25 lbs frequently. Previous experience in the metal manufacturing/ aerospace industry Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. What's in it for me?
