2nd Shift Cnc Mills Machine Operator
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Mills Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift CNC Mills Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift CNC Mills Machine Operator Location: Carson, CA Pay Range: $21.87 + $1 shift differential What's the Job? Prepare machines to start a production cycle, performing calibration, cleaning and other activities efficiently IAW quality standards and established safety procedures. Use computer aided manufacturing programs to monitors, controls, and adjusts machine settings while operating machinery and/or equipment, according to specifications. Perform periodic checks on machinery and/or equipment and solve problems as detected, trouble shoot issues that occur during shift, and maintain operator logs. Run first piece and assure conformance to drawing. Inspect all parts as required by process sheet and drawings, using precision measuring instruments. Monitor CNC Mills Machine production processes to ensure continued part compliance. What's Needed? 2-4 years of experience operating CNC Mills Machine in the sheet metal industry. Ability to read blueprints. Knowledge of operating an array of hand and power tools. Fluency in written and verbal English. Commitment to abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
