Sr. Manager, Business Operations
The Sr. Manager, Business Operations' primary responsibility is to provide critical strategic and operational leadership to the Executive Vice President, Distribution at Red Bull North America. This role will partner with senior executives cross-functionally with Sales, Distribution, Finance & Strategy on the development and execution of key strategic initiatives and business operations deliverables and Improvements within the Distribution department. This role will provide executive-level advice, project ownership, and develop insights that drive top-line strategy and tactical plans at Red Bull North America, culminating with review & approval from the US & Global Leadership teams Strategic Planning And Execution Frame problems and propose structures/models that drive understanding for the EVP to deploy organizational-wide action planning Serve as a subject matter expert by addressing inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications to the Sales LT, Cross Functional Executives, US Leadership, and Global Leadership teams Act as a strategic thought partner to the EVP by consolidating needs, notes, and action items and leading operational deliverables of key initiatives, ensuring strategic clarity and focus. Utilize current insights resources to anticipate business needs and uncover sales opportunities, guide the annual business planning process & Specialist Meeting content, and provide leading-edge solutions across all channels of trade within the Off Premise Operates as a change agent for Business Processes by ensuring that tools and processes are effective and aligned with the overall strategy Act as the lead conduit to Channel National Insights Managers & the Planning/Strategy Team Analysis And Insights Assess data, generate insights, and develop clear action plans to support growth Identify and synthesize business opportunities across all channels of trade, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations that optimize current-year execution (2025), inform next-year planning (BP26), and shape the long-term commercial strategy (Horizon30). Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations Engage cross-functional Executives to provide actionable Insights Drive performance management processes and KPI oversight for the Sales organization, ensuring focus on critical growth levers and accountability to targets. Synthesize key insights into compelling opportunities, customized to each audience Project Management Drives operational excellence through program and process leadership, enhancing team effectiveness and Impact Timeline development & ownership to support cross-functional Teams to complete associated deliverables, and working collaboratively to prepare executive presentations Prepare and shape narratives of executive-level communication for organization-wide presentations Extensive cross-organization collaboration plays a crucial role in interfacing with various teams' Executive Leadership and stakeholders to identify requirements and prioritize Conduit to cross-functional partners from Brand, Operations, Finance & Sales to ensure cohesive Sales Plans to the broader organization, including US LT & HQ Leaders. Leads special projects and cross-functional task forces on behalf of the EVP to address the highest priority business challenges and opportunities. Creates tools & processes for aligning Sales and Distribution LT & National Insights Managers against key strategic deliverables Owns, manages, and communicates timelines, requirements, deliverables, and final product for both US & Global projects. Five - seven years' of cross functional experience within Sales and/or Distribution departments in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Preference for knowledge of retail landscape (local as well as National accounts) Proven experience of engaging with and Influencing Executives and HQ stakeholders Proven track record of leading & executing executive cross functional projects Highly skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Experience with IRI, Numerator, and syndicated data, and a proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations - convert analytics into insights Experience in Business/Management Consulting is a plus Ability to work across functions including headquarters, field/business units, and retailers Ability to work comfortably cross-functionally with key partners, inclusive of IT and Trade Finance Sales-oriented, understands connections between data and sales execution This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. The base salary range for this position is $88,000-$132,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
