Partner with finance and operations to develop a repeatable, data-driven budgeting framework (e.g., % of EBITDA, patient volume targets) for local marketing allocations. Design and maintain a clinic tiering model based on performance potential, competitive landscape, and growth opportunity to guide marketing investment decisions. Develop and implement localized marketing plans in partnership with clinic leadership to drive patient volume and brand awareness. Coordinate print, digital, and in-office collateral aligned with brand standards. Measure impact, report on ROAS, and optimize returns resulting from these campaigns. Clinic & Provider Support: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clinic managers and providerseducating them on marketing ROI, patient acquisition levers, and sustainable outreach tactics. Build and maintain relationships across regional teams to ensure field feedback loops are integrated into marketing strategy. Develop strategy for intake, triage, and prioritization of clinic marketing requests; ensure timely execution with appropriate stakeholders. Measure and report on ROI of marketing. Conduct regular marketing reviews with clinic leaders to assess performance and adjust plans based on evolving market and clinic needs. Reputation & Listings Management: Create strategy for comprehensive reputation enhancement across review platforms and doctor directories (e.g., Google, Healthgrades, ZocDoc) leveraging Birdeye. Partner with clinics to respond to reviews when appropriate and escalate issues as needed. Oversee search listings via Yext, ensuring accuracy and optimization. Event Management: Plan and execute local events annually, including open houses, community events, and clinic-hosted initiatives. Manage logistics, promotion, materials, and post-event reporting. Measure impact and optimize returns resulting from events. Social Media Management: Partner with local clinic social ambassadors in HootSuite to post localized social media content for clinics. Collaborate with corporate communications on social media calendars, brand voice, and performance reporting. Print Store & Collateral Management: Lead administration of QualDerm's print store, ensuring clinics have access to updated and approved marketing materials. Coordinate new asset development and printing needs with vendors.
