About the People Communications team: The Walmart Workforce Communications team is dedicated to shaping and sharing the company's story as a leading employer of more than 2.1 million associates around the globe. Focused on engaging with workforce-focused media and reporters, this team crafts compelling narratives that highlight the unique culture, opportunities, and experiences of working at Walmart. By building strong relationships with the press and amplifying authentic employee voices, they ensure Walmart's commitment to its associates is clearly communicated and celebrated across various media channels. What you'll do: Further strengthen Walmart's narrative specific to its workforce. Write speeches, one-pagers, prep documents and more with facts and claims about how Walmart is investing in its people. Equip leaders to tell our story. Be an expert storyteller. What you'll bring: You're a passionate advocate for working at Walmart. You're an engaging storyteller, creative thinker, and a visionary. You're laser focused on strengthening and building our workforce narrative. You have pre-existing relationships with key media to help us tell our story. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field and 5 years' experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area. 2 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working as a staff member of a government official, Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, Working in a global environment. Primary Location
