Case Dock Operator
Shift: 2nd Hours: 12:00pm-8:30pm. Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays. what you do and what you think matters. Summary Supplies Filler Operators with clean and sanitary milk cases to allow production to run efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Unloads trailers as received and documents and accounts for cases and pallets accurately. Lifts, stacks, and loads pallets, and additional items needed from trailers. Safely transfers cases to the chain. When the chain is full, the operator will proactively assist with alternative job tasks to support production. Keeps the work area clean and orderly and in safe condition. When cleaning case washer, case dock drain, or trailers, must safely work around chemicals and machinery. Monitors radio systems to ensure effective communication for operational efficiency. Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure successful completion of tasks. Other duties may be assigned. Basic Requirements High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Work Environment The work environment may require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids. Exposed to a noise level of 90 decibels. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate/high. Wet/slippery work conditions.
