Job Title: Production Supervisor Schedule/Hours: Multiple Shifts - 3rd Shift - 10pm-6:30am Pay: $35.00-$42 per hour based on experience Locations: Lansdale, PA Hands-on training and cross-training across multiple departments. Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

Review daily work schedule and prioritizes required tasks and assigns manpower accordingly to accomplish workload. Lead by example by consistently following established safety, quality and production procedures, guidelines, work instructions, and process flows. Challenge and modifies unclear or inefficient procedures. Notify the Production Manager of all incidents, including accidents, injuries, rejected batches as soon as reasonably possible. Investigate incidents and forwards written report to Production Manager including recommended corrective action to prevent incident from recurring. Demonstrate accountability and leadership skills of establishing trust, motivating teams, providing all staff with timely and clear performance feedback. Responsible for ensuring production targets/key performance indicators (KPI's) are met. Participate in periodic safety and/or quality audits; communicate audit results with department associates and develop and implement corrective actions list. Production Supervisor Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of experience or Associate's Degree with two years of experience is preferred. Experience must be in a manufacturing environment in the areas of facility maintenance, machine maintenance and repair, equipment installation, and computerized preventative maintenance. Proficient use of electrical and mechanical hand tools as well as Microsoft Office. Experience with PLC troubleshooting controls systems, HVAC, boilers is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Lean principles including TPM, 5S, 5 Whys, OEE, Poka Yoke, SMED, and kaizen preferred. Requires ability to lift 100 lbs., climb ladders, work at heights 20-30 feet above plant floor, and work on the roofs of various buildings. Benefits:

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of (4) years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting, or associate's degree with (2) years of experience required. Must have at least 3 years' experience managing employees in a production-like environment. Ability to comprehend detailed written instructions and procedures required. Must have strong math and reading comprehension skills. Must possess the physical ability to lift 50 lbs, push/pull up to 1000 lbs. Must demonstrate excellence in leadership, decision-making, problem solving, communication and attention to detail.
