nThe Quality Assurance organization has an opportunity for you to join the IAE AG Quality Management team.
nIn this role, you will lead and support dynamic activities on a growing commercial engine program. Activities will engage IAE AG, internal organizations, and internal and external producers driven to high levels of Quality performance related to product development, certification, and production.
nWhat You Will Do:

Lead and execute IAE AG Quality Partnership Escape Management processes, coordinate resolution of quality system alerts and investigations originating from IAE or its Partner Companies.

Perform Escape Management procedures, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective action for internally produced products & processes.

Analyze quality activities to identify systemic issues and enable development of specific quality initiative improvements and strategies.
n n - n
Develop proactive quality initiative strategies and drive their implementation.

Maintain IAE AG quality metrics and reports, customer scorecards, corrective actions, updating and publishing weekly and monthly quality reports.

Work with functional groups to help define and establish quality and process improvements.

Ability to communicate and work at all levels within the business.

Qualifications You Must Have:
n- n

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience, manufacturing operations, and/or engineering experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
n n - n
Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
n n - n
Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including AS9100 standards, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within aerospace manufacturing.

Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.

Potential domestic and international travel required (up to 15%).

Qualifications We Prefer:

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (Lean/Six Sigma).

Ability to make and meet commitments, balance, and resolve conflicting priorities.

Strong Project Management skills.

Knowledge of the P&W Quality Management System.

Working knowledge of complex engine component and assemblies.

nThis role is:
nOnsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
nCandidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
nThe salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
