nThe Medical Assistant Manager – Dual Site is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative operations across two healthcare facilities. This role ensures consistent quality of care, staff coordination, and regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Staff Supervision & Scheduling

Manage and coordinate schedules for staff across both sites

Ensure adequate staffing coverage and adjust shifts as needed

Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations

Clinical Operations

Oversee patient flow and appointment scheduling to optimize efficiency

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards

Support implementation of new procedures and technologies

Administrative Duties

Monitor inventory and order medical supplies for both locations

Handle billing, insurance claims, and resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)

3–5 years of clinical experience; 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, and EMR systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to travel between sites and manage multi-location operations
