nWe are seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative/ Canvasser to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to go door to door. As a Canvasser, you will be given routes to canvas. We are looking to build a Canvassing team that is willing to put in the time to go door to door and speak with home owners. NO SOLICITING! NO COLD CALLING!
nResponsibilities
nReceive inbound calls and place outbound calls
nIdentify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
nRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
nUpsell products and services when appropriate
nUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
nDocument all customer interactions
nAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
nQualifications
nPrevious experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role
nExcellent phone and verbal communication skills
nUnderstanding of active listening techniques
nHighly organized with the ability to manage time effectively
nAble bodied to canvas surrounding areas
nPersonable and compassionate
