Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Commercial TI and Ground Up construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Assist in procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with the project management team to maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer - Commercial TI and Ground Up Projects should have:
- A strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Experience with Commercial TI and Ground Up projects.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with construction software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A collaborative and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive salary range of $58,500 to $71,500, based on experience.
