Job Description
The Project Engineer overseeing Multifamily and Commercial Construction will:
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address construction challenges.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Support procurement processes by coordinating material orders and tracking inventory.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
