Job Description
The Project Engineer overseeing Multifamily and Commercial Construction will:
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address construction challenges.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Support procurement processes by coordinating material orders and tracking inventory.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer - Multifamily and Commercial Construction should have:
