The company is experiencing unprecedented growth that will more than triple its size over a 3-year period. We are currently adding a brand-new state-of-the-art facility adjacent to the existing one, which will require new processes driven by collaboration between engineering and operations.

nnSalary:$55,000-$65,000
nnResponsibilities:
nProduce drawings for customer review and approval
nPerform and review complex engineering calculations
nPrepare engineering design and production drawings
nAuthor technical documents, engineering reports, specifications, and work instructions
nPrepare calculations, bills of materials, and construction details
nIn-process problem-solving through the production process
nTechnical review of customer-furnished equipment upon receipt
nnQualifications/Skills:
nDemonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Inventor, Microsoft Office, and other related software applications
nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, clients, internal production and support personnel
nAbility to build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external industry professionals
nAbility to work both independently and as a team member to solve problems and learn new technical skills
nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering atmosphere with a variety of assignments and competing demands
nAbility to effectively use various types of measuring equipment
nAbility to effectively collaborate with clients and coworkers
nKnowledge of electrical systems is a plus
nKnowledge of proper tolerancing, construction methods, and industrial engineering is a plus
nKnowledge of Parametric Modeling is a plus
nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus
nnEducation/Experience:
nBachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Related Discipline
nA combination of Experience/ Education will be considered
