accel bi is seeking Senior Systems Engineering Accomplished systems engineering leader with extensive experience in Medicaid IT planning, federal funding alignment, and APD development. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with CMS, procurement officials, and agency stakeholders to ensure compliance, secure funding, and drive successful execution of complex health IT initiatives. Proven ability to deliver strategic planning and oversight in alignment with federal and state objectives.

- Over 5 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure architecture, and network design.
- Proficient in analyzing and optimizing server, storage, and domain configurations for performance and reliability.
- Skilled in system administration, integration, and implementation of new IT solutions within enterprise environments.
- Experienced in aligning solutions with existing IT architecture and making strategic configuration recommendations.
- Strong background in infrastructure deployment and cross-functional collaboration.
- MCSE certified (or equivalent), demonstrating advanced technical expertise in enterprise systems.
Basic Qualifications :
Proficient in Windows Server environments: 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022 and newer.
Strong expertise in Active Directory Domain Services and Group Policy Management including Windows CSP.
Experienced with Microsoft Endpoint Management tools: SCCM and Intune.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Server (2016/2019), Windows Terminal Server, and Office 365 services.
Skilled in managing and supporting SQL Server (2017, 2019, and beyond).
Knowledgeable in Microsoft SharePoint Server (MSS) 2013 and newer.
Experienced in Windows Deployment Services, image management, and OS deployments.
Proficient in scripting for automation using PowerShell, Bash for Windows, Visual Basic, and Batch scripting.
Exposure to Apache, Unix, Solaris (SUN), and Linux (RedHat) server environments.
