Be the face of our newest hospital! Exceptional Healthcare is building our team for our September 2025 facility opening. As a Full-Time Front Desk Associate, you'll create first impressions that matter while providing vital administrative support in our state-of-the-art environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and register patients for Emergency Room, Direct Admission, and Outpatient Services
- Verify insurance benefits and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate between departments
- Handle phone communications and administrative responsibilities
- Create a positive experience for patients during registration
What You'll Need
- Previous ER or Patient Registration experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High School Diploma/GED
- Availability for 12-hour shifts (7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM), including weekends and holidays
