We are currently hiring a detail-oriented, organized, and high-energy Expeditor to join our back-of-house team. This role is critical to ensuring food is plated correctly, delivered on time, and executed to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:Serve as the key liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house team
Manage the flow of tickets during service, ensuring dishes are coordinated and timed properly
Inspect each plate for presentation, portion accuracy, and dietary requests before it leaves the pass
Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, servers, and runners
Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and pace on the expo line
Previous experience as an expeditor, line cook, or in a similar fast-paced kitchen role
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
Passion for hospitality and a strong sense of teamwork
