Job Title: Deburr Technician
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Summary: The Deburr Technician plays a critical role in finishing machined parts by removing sharp edges, imperfections, and machining marks. This position requires excellent attention to detail, a steady hand, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Use hand tools to file, sand, scrape, and polish metal surfaces to the required finish level Remove burrs from part edges using a deburring knife Operate blast cabinet and tumbling equipment Inspect parts for defects and surface irregularities Verify part counts during various stages of the process Transport carts with metal parts Pack finished parts into boxes Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
2+ years of deburring experience preferred Ability to visually detect small surface details, both with the naked eye and under magnification Familiarity with firearms or machined parts is a plus Strong work ethic and ability to work independently High School Diploma preferred Willingness to work occasional overtime Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
