FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Analyze monthly financial performance and variances vs. budget and forecast Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers and support departmental planning Prepare management reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders Support ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives Contribute to process improvements and automation within the FP&A function Assist in the development and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Workday, Oracle, etc.) Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization Lakeside Software is committed to pursuing a diverse and talented team and offering an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates.
