Job Description
Skill: Cybersecurity IAM Architect
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect with specialized expertise in digital identity, customer authentication, and identity access management (IAM) to lead a critical Ping to Transmit migration initiative.
The ideal candidate will design, implement, and oversee secure identity architectures to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining robust security, compliance, and performance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Architecture Design & Migration Planning:
Develop and document secure digital identity architectures for customer authentication, transitioning from Ping Identity to Transmit Security.
Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions for identity management, authentication, and authorization workflows.
Create migration strategies, including risk assessments, to ensure minimal disruption during the Ping to Transmit transition.
Implementation & Integration:
Lead the configuration and deployment of Transmit Security platforms for customer authentication and identity management.
Integrate Transmit Security solutions with existing systems, applications, and APIs, ensuring compatibility and security.
Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and other identity protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
Security & Compliance:
Ensure all identity solutions comply with industry standards (e.g., NIST, GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001) and organizational policies.
Conduct threat modeling and security assessments to identify and mitigate risks in the digital identity ecosystem.
Implement secure data transmission and storage practices for sensitive identity data.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, application developers, and compliance teams, to align identity solutions with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members during the migration process.
Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Documentation :
Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures. Seniority level
