As the Senior IP Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of this network infrastructure. You will lead the design and engineering of the backhaul network and oversee the FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) network design division. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will work on complex network architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-performance network services to our customers. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable IP backhaul networks to support FTTH services. Develop long-term capacity planning models to ensure the network can meet current and future demand for high-speed internet services. Continuously monitor network performance and optimize network configurations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience. Serve as a high-level escalation point for network troubleshooting Required Skills 7+ years of experience in IP network design, engineering, and operations, with a focus on backhaul and FTTH networks. Expertise in IP routing and switching (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF). -Strong knowledge of fiber-optic network design, GPON/XGS-PON technologies, and FTTH architecture.
