The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse book of small, mid-size, and large group EB clients Provides day to day service Oversees renewals Ensures compliance Supports open enrollment, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to deliver strategic benefit solutions. Qualifications: High School degree required, college preferred Benefit Account Manager experience LAH license Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration. Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel) Benefits: Compensation: $90,000-$110,000/yr Company Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability. Medical, Dental, Vision and FSA/HSA plans. 401(k) with company match. Additional voluntary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Supplemental Life Insurance, Legal and Identity Protection, and Pet benefits. Generous PTO.
