What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Design and develop product features and core components utilizing large language models (LLMs) - Lead the integration of AI models into scalable, customer-centric applications - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to solve complex problems - Work with AI researchers and data scientists to enhance platform APIs and model quality - Mentor junior engineers and participate in design sessions and code reviews to improve engineering quality
What is Required (Qualifications): - 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C# - 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks - 3+ years of experience in architecture and design of new and existing systems - 3+ years of experience in building AI/ML products, particularly with LLMs - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or a portfolio showcasing applied AI projects - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex challenges with minimal direction - 3+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
