DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION AMBULATORY NETWORK
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Partner with Ambulatory leadership team to coordinate and develop systems to promote quality
Works closely with all levels of administration, physicians and external organization to coordinate practice operations
Primary administrative contact for internal and external customers
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports 3 Assistant Administrators of Ambulatory Clinics
Manages complex calendars for Executives
Organizes and coordinates meetings and functions for senior management, Trustees, and others as requested
Using expert-level, broad-based software skills (spreadsheets, presentation software, database, graphics, publishing, etc.), prepares various documents and reports
Provides administrative support of a highly complex and confidential nature
Coordinates/Manages projects, meetings and special events for senior management, Trustees and others as requested
Takes minutes and provides follow-up on matters arising from meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related degree
Requires a minimum of five years administrative assistant experience to executive level management or a combination of project management and administrative/executive assistant experience
Equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirement
