Description:
Regional Finance Director
The Regional Finance Director partners with the Regional SVP and leadership team to drive strategic and financial performance. This role ensures financial integrity, supports operational compliance, and provides insights to guide business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Aligns financial outcomes with operational decisions. Leads forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Identifies risks and opportunities in financial plans. Supports new business evaluations and investment decisions. Drives improvements in underperforming accounts. Ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures. Trains regional staff on financial systems and processes. Oversees asset management, capital expenditures, and receivables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years in financial leadership, preferably in hospitality or service industries. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and financial systems.
