Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by following all policies and procedures. Maintain an attractive store appearance. Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year in sales management. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop. Must be 18 or older. Passion for hair and beauty. Why You’ll Love Working Here
