Your Role As a Store Manager
Manage the customer experience by inspiring your team and ensuring every customer has a great experience with tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and oversee inventory.
Ensure safety and security by following all safety rules, security procedures, and company policies.
Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure it always looks its best.
Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn, develop, and educate.
Must be 18 or older.
Passion for hair and beauty.
