Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Engineer with deep expertise in performance testing tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in performance engineering, with a strong focus on NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and JMeter. This role involves designing, scripting, and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise software applications. Develop and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad. Conduct performance analysis and identify bottlenecks across application layers. Utilize LoadRunner and JMeter for additional performance testing scenarios. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define performance benchmarks and SLAs. Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for optimization. Support continuous performance testing in CI/CD pipelines. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering. Certified in NeoLoad with strong scripting and execution skills. Hands-on experience with NeoLoad for performance testing of web and enterprise applications. At least 5 years of experience with LoadRunner and JMeter. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in integrating performance testing into Agile and DevOps workflows. Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing environments. Certifications
