Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC (BBS&G) , a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to work with its nationally recognized commercial real estate practice group. This position would work primarily in commercial leasing (including office, retail, and industrial). A bar admission in Maryland, DC, or Virginia is preferred, and the firm is open to hybrid and/or part-time work arrangements. BBS&G’s commercial real estate practice includes a wide variety of real estate transactions, including: joint ventures and investment structuring; development, P3, and infrastructure projects; and real estate finance. BBS&G’s clients include large, publicly traded companies; state and local government entities; and a wide variety of real estate developers, high-net-worth individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, property owners, and commercial landlords. BBS&G was founded in 1979 and its real estate law practice is ranked Tier 1 in the Washington, DC region and Tier 2 nationally by Best Lawyers.
