Director of EHS
to oversee and advance safety and environmental programs across multiple Wisconsin facilities. This role offers the chance to play a key leadership role in shaping a strong, sustainable safety culture across a network of three production sites. Responsibilities: Lead and evolve EHS strategy across multiple sites with a focus on continuous improvement and best-in-class safety standards Champion a zero-injury culture through proactive coaching, employee engagement, and safety program development Manage a team of EHS professionals and collaborate with cross-functional site leaders to embed safety as a core business value Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies Oversee workers’ comp, environmental reporting, incident investigations, and root cause analyses Contribute to capital planning and support the safe implementation of new processes and equipment Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Proven track record of driving cultural change and leading high-performing teams Strong command of EHS regulations and industry best practices A collaborative and influential leadership style Bachelor’s degree in occupational/environmental health & safety or a related field (advanced degree preferred) Seniority level
