Lead, Talent Awareness and Candidate Attraction

This role will work onsite in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary

The

Lead of Talent Awareness and Candidate Attraction (Shipboard and Private Destinations)

will focus on the beginning of the talent funnel, driving strategies to attract and convert top talent specifically for shipboard and private destination roles. This role is responsible for building and executing market strategies to increase brand awareness among targeted talent segments and enhancing the initial candidate attraction process. The Lead will work cross-functionally with other talent marketing teams to drive a shipboard-focused strategy, manage our marketing calendar and vendors, localize our EVP message to global markets, and customize marketing initiatives based on recruitment strategies. The Lead will ensure that potential candidates for shipboard and private destination roles are engaged and motivated to apply, laying a strong foundation for further recruitment processes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Talent Awareness & Attraction

Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive shipboard and private destination talent marketing strategies to increase awareness of the company’s employer brand among key talent markets. Collaborate on Campaigns: Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and external agencies to create multi-channel recruitment campaigns, including social media, job boards, digital advertising, and industry-specific outreach, specifically targeting shipboard and private destination talent. Market Research: Partner with the talent insights team on market research to identify emerging trends, talent demographics, and competitive benchmarks specific to shipboard and private destination roles. Representation: Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and establish connections with talent pipelines for shipboard and private destination roles.

Candidate Attraction Management

Optimize Attraction Process: Design and manage an engaging and effective candidate attraction process, ensuring that initial interactions are inspiring and motivating for potential shipboard and private destination candidates. Conversion Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to convert passive talent into active applicants, optimizing the top of the recruitment funnel for shipboard and private destination roles. Engagement Initiatives: Create and manage initiatives that keep potential shipboard and private destination candidates engaged and interested in the company, even before they apply. Communication Tools: Develop communication tools, templates, and engagement mechanisms to ensure potential candidates feel informed and enthusiastic about shipboard and private destination opportunities. Track and Measure Metrics: Track and measure attraction metrics (e.g., engagement rates, application rates, conversion rates) specific to shipboard and private destination roles, using data to continually refine and improve the process.

Employer Branding

Champion Employer Brand: Act as a champion for the company’s employer brand, ensuring that all candidate-facing communications, campaigns, and experiences for shipboard and private destination roles reflect the company’s culture, values, and mission. Create Branded Content: Collaborate with internal design team to create branded content (videos, testimonials, blogs, etc.) that showcases the shipboard and private destination employee experience and builds credibility in the talent market.

Collaboration & Leadership

Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between shipboard recruitment, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of shipboard and private destination talent attraction and experience strategies. Lead Projects: Lead projects aimed at improving overall employer brand perception and candidate engagement for shipboard and private destination roles through innovative initiatives and technologies. Manage Marketing Calendar and Vendors: Oversee the marketing calendar and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives for shipboard and private destination roles. Localize EVP Message: Localize the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) message to global markets and customize marketing initiatives based on recruitment strategies for shipboard and private destinations.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, marketing, or employer branding. International Strategy: Proven track record of creating and executing international talent marketing strategies and managing candidate attraction experiences across multiple platforms Market Trends and Technology: Strong understanding of current talent market trends and technology, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly for shipboard and private destination roles. Technical Skills: Experience working with ATS, and CRM systems, as well as candidate attraction.
