This role involves overseeing public infrastructure projects, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily operations of Construction, Design, Permitting, and Special Projects groups Liaising with private utility companies and coordinating projects Monitoring project progress and implementing process improvements Supervising procurement processes and ensuring timely reviews of permits Providing technical guidance for public works projects Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Massachusetts Professional Engineering (PE) License Seven years of relevant experience and five years of supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree and additional licensure or certifications Extensive experience in municipal engineering Salary Range:
