Our client, an EV manufacturer company, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for their Tustin, CA location. Requirements: Experience: 0 - 7 years Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prioritizing workload effectively Proficient with Intune, Active Directory, Google Workspace (GWS), Jamf, and SCCM Administration Strong user communication skills Experience deploying, updating, optimizing, and troubleshooting Windows and Mac workstations using tools like ConfigMgr, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and others Knowledge of wired/wireless networks, VPN, collaboration tools (chat and video conferencing), A/V devices, and conference room systems Support experience with Office365, major browsers, encryption software, antivirus solutions, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDIs), DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, file and printing services, and shared drives Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including business stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, senior managers, and executives Passion for learning new technologies and tools Strong drive to assist end-users in meeting their needs promptly Ability to analyze support requests and prioritize based on impact Why Should You Apply?
