OneSchema AI, Inc.
About OneSchema
More than 90% of all the enterprise data in the world lives in unstructured data, be it spreadsheets, PDFs, or documents. We see an incredible opportunity to be the AI document automation platform to eliminate the manual data entry work that persists across thousands of large enterprises today. We are a fast-growing startup backed by General Catalyst, Sequoia Capital, and Y Combinator. Our customers range from publicly traded companies (Toast, Dayforce) to fast-growing startups (Ramp, Vanta). We have an ambitious, intense, fast-paced culture at OneSchema. As a rapidly growing venture-backed startup, every team member has the chance to have a major impact on our business. The ability to operate autonomously is an absolute must. With this level of autonomy, you’ll have the chance to learn in one week what it would take months to learn elsewhere. About the role
As a founding member of our Sales Engineering team, you will be the voice of our customer and go 0 to 1 on our most important sales initiatives. With a deep understanding of developer tools and a passion for problem-solving, you’ll work closely with our strategic customers to ensure they get the most value from the OneSchema product. You’ll own the process of securing the technical win with customers in the sales process. You will conduct technical demos, debug customer issues, and work cross-functionally with Account Executive and Engineers to give customers a best-in-class experience. Many of our prospective customers have technical questions, so you’ll need to become an expert on the product and be comfortable learning new technical concepts quickly. You'll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and also collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and solutions engineering teams. Because we are a highly collaborative, close-knit team, this role is hybrid with 3 days a week in downtown San Francisco. What you’ll do
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our users in both the pre-sales processes.
Own the design, development, maintenance and presentation on demos of OneSchema products
Own the delivery of technical deep-dives and demonstrations to support the sales process

Tackle technical limitations or opportunities in OneSchema that need solving via code (e.g. a bug, a missing feature, etc.) or partner with our product engineering teams to tackle the problem.
Be a thought partner to OneSchema customers to help them build out complex data import workflows for new products and use cases
Create technical content to demonstrate best practices (e.g. documentation, demos, sample apps, etc.)
Work alongside customers to drive product adoption and identify opportunities for optimizations that create the best solution for their needs.
Work side by side with customers to identify new use cases, advocate for their needs, and ensure their feedback continuously improves the core OneSchema product.
Continuously evolve best practices to improve technical product adoption and customer engagement throughout the post-sale and renewals process.
