Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering, software, and manufacturing teams to identify drivers and influences on satellite performance.
Design, build, and implement production models for real-time decision-making based on satellite test results.
Optimize testing methodologies at scale to enhance satellite reliability.
Analyze and model satellite telemetry from laboratory and on-orbit test results.
Develop robust models and data pipelines for satellite telemetry.
Create and manage datasets for pre-training and fine-tuning of machine learning models.
Develop and implement scalable visualizations for satellite performance analysis.

The Automated Vehicle Testing Team is responsible for building core infrastructure and tools essential for automated satellite testing operations, facilitating rapid manufacturing process scaling. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a data scientist. 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python) or statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab). 3+ years of experience with machine learning and data analysis techniques. Experience applying theoretical models in practical settings. Proficiency in Python, Perl, or other scripting languages. Experience in a data scientist or ML role at a large technology company.
