Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the supervision of the Credit Representatives in the efficient and accurate processing of credit applications.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
Supervises casino credit verification and compliance activities on all daily credit files
Communicates and coordinates activities between Cashiering Operations, banks, Central Credit and credit personnel to ensure timely and accurate information in order to make good credit decisions
Prepares and maintains daily credit related reports
Manages and delegates work flow between the two credit offices
Completes compliance review, with assigned Representatives, for accurate files
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for training newly hired Credit Representatives
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of Casino Credit or Cashiering Operations supervisory experience or three years of casino experience in the Finance division
Strong computer skills in Word and Excel
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to read and interpret Consumer Credit Bureau, Gaming and Bank Verification reports
Training Requirements:
Must complete the Credit Supervisor 90 Day Certification Program
Must complete the Core Supervisor Training course
Thorough knowledge of Standards of Operation & Management
Knowledge of department policies and procedures
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle stressful situations
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
