Data Scientist for Robotics and Insights

at Amazon. This is an incredible opportunity for an innovative data scientist to play a key role in transforming our global support model. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge analytics and Generative AI solutions. As Data Scientist, you will: Develop and implement machine learning models to predict risks in the AR network using telemetry, support tickets, and operational data. Design and create prototypes of GenAI applications, such as summarizers and root cause generators, leveraging LLMs through platforms like SageMaker and Bedrock. Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to build scalable feature pipelines and seamlessly integrate modeling outputs into customer-facing dashboards and workflows. Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends and anomalies in AR solution performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Support teams. Utilize natural language generation techniques to create understandable narratives from structured data, aiding field teams and leadership reviews. Lead experimentation initiatives, driving measurable impacts through AB tests or quasi-experiments on new support processes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, project teams, and engineers, to co-develop roadmap features and incorporate predictive insights into our platforms. Contribute to the GenAI strategy by exploring new use cases, evaluating LLM models, and developing reusable GenAI components for the larger team. About the Team:
