As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operations by delivering and implementing large-scale, complex projects that drive profitability, streamline processes, and enhance our customer service. Your Impact: Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects, ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged and informed. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives within set constraints. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure speed and quality in project delivery. Document and track project progress, producing detailed reports for management and stakeholders. Coordinate the transfer of project outputs to operational teams, ensuring complete alignment and documentation for future reference. What We Look For: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience. 4-7 years of experience as a program or product manager in a technology-focused environment. Experience in the wireless industry is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
