As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving T-Mobile's success by managing the delivery and implementation of large-scale and complex systems, projects, and processes that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams and foster collaborative relationships across the organization to promote cross-functional teamwork. Delegate tasks, manage project resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of all project components. Oversee project schedules and adapt plans as necessary, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about progress. Identify and manage project risks proactively using proven project management techniques. Document changes and maintain thorough project records to support future planning and estimates. Facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on lessons learned and project outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience. 4-7 years of program or product management experience within a technical environment, specifically in the wireless industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
