Associate Attorney

to join their

Labor & Employment team in

San Francisco (link removed) This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile:

JD

from a top-tier law school with a

strong academic record (link removed)>

Active Bar Admission in California (link removed)>

2+ years

of substantive experience in

civil

litigation , including

discovery ,

motion practice ,

trial , and

trial preparation

experience.

Background in

FEHA ,

agency complaints ,

wage & hour, and other employment law issues is

highly preferred (link removed)>

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating

initiative

and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in a wide range of complex

labor and

employment

matters.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on

wage & hour class litigation and

single plaintiff employment litigation (link removed)>

Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.
