Project Manager

Our client, an American multinational clothing and accessories retailer, is looking for a project manager for their San Francisco, CA/remote location. Responsibilities include: coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors to support the flawless delivery of multiple projects, assisting in the definition of project scope involving all relevant internal stakeholders, assisting in developing project schedules and managing changes to schedules over the course of a project, tracking project progress, reporting on project health, escalating issues as needed, managing stakeholder communications, tracking and communicating needed actions, identifying, managing, and communicating risks, and creating and maintaining detailed project documentation. Requirements include 5-7 years' experience working as a project manager in a matrixed business environment, ideally in ecommerce/digital retail, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience managing multiple priorities and a diverse range of tasks, strong project and process management skills, solution-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills, exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong multi-tasking ability, ability to work independently, able to successfully operate in areas of ambiguity, self-starter and quick learner, calm and efficient under pressure, versatile and able to prioritize multiple initiatives against multiple deadlines, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, experience with project management software tools, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
