Role Overview: We are searching for a passionate Data Scientist - Analytics to tackle challenging problems using large and complex datasets. You will apply your technical expertise to drive insights that will influence our products and strategies, impacting billions of users and millions of businesses. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to solve diverse and complex problems through various analytical and statistical methods.

Utilize quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to devise strategies that enhance our products.

Measure the success of product initiatives with goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of vital product metrics to identify trends.

Identify performance improvement opportunities and guide product roadmaps with your insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to inform and influence product strategy and investment decisions.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 24 months of experience in data analytics or a related role. Equivalent foreign degree is accepted.

Experience in the following areas: Conducting quantitative analyses and data mining on complex datasets. Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python. Utilization of statistical software like R, SAS, or MATLAB. Experience with applied statistics or experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) in a professional setting. Knowledge of machine learning techniques. Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Experience with relational databases. Knowledge of large-scale data processing infrastructures. Expertise in quantitative analysis techniques including clustering, regression, and descriptive/inferential statistics.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $189,953 to $196,900 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
