Join our dynamic Project Kuiper Mobility Team as a Principal Solutions Architect focused on driving the adoption of our innovative Kuiper broadband solutions in the aviation sector. Key Responsibilities: Act as the voice of the customer, shaping the roadmap for new features and service capabilities. Incubate and launch new solutions to empower various customer use cases. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to address technical requirements and guide product evolution. Utilize creativity to overcome technical and commercial challenges and develop new offerings. Build trust with customers through transparency and in-depth subject matter expertise. Support strategic business development initiatives and play a key role in pricing and deal negotiations. Focus on complex deals and nurture long-term strategic partnerships. Create and document best practices, technical content, and reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog posts). About the Team: You will be part of the Kuiper B2B Business Development team, dedicated to enhancing our services for enterprise, mobility, and telco segments. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. Experience in communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences, including training and workshops. 10+ years of experience in the In-Flight Connectivity field targeting commercial and/or business aviation. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in presentation and whiteboarding skills, comfortable engaging with executives, IT management, and developers. Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, or Java. Proven track record of taking aviation connectivity products and services from concept to in-service. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various markets, ranging from $164,500 to $284,300 annually, depending on your experience and geographic location.
