Project Kuiper is seeking experienced and innovative leaders to promote the adoption of Kuiper broadband solutions in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities

Represent the voice of the customer to influence the development of new features and services. Develop and launch new solutions to support customer use cases. Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate with product management and engineering teams to guide product evolution. Innovate to resolve technical and commercial challenges and develop new product offerings. Build trust with customers through transparency and expertise. Support strategic business development, including pricing and deal negotiations. Focus on complex deals and foster long-term strategic partnerships. Create and share best practices, technical content, and reference architectures such as white papers, code samples, and blogs. About The Team

This role is part of the Kuiper B2B Business Development team, responsible for promoting Kuiper services in enterprise, mobility, and telco sectors. Our team values work-life balance and knowledge sharing, supporting new members with mentorship and diverse experience levels. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field. Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, through training, workshops, or publications. 10+ years of experience in In-Flight Connectivity, focusing on commercial or business aviation. Preferred Qualifications

Strong presentation and whiteboarding skills; comfortable engaging with executives, IT managers, and developers. Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, or Java. Experience taking aviation connectivity products from concept to in-service. Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
