College Co-op!

Collegeco-ops will be assigned to work on an IT team

based on the availability of opportunities and the matching of skills and career interest. Specific responsibilities will be discussed with candidates selected for an interview. Examples of IT teams include:

· Software Engineering

(Performance & Reliability Engineering; Channels/Servicing/EnterprisePayments/Customer Comm;

AI/Automation& Omni Channel Technology; Flight Ops / Crew Onboard Services / TPF OpsApps; TechOps, DMS & DFP; Corporate Technology; Global Sales, DLV &Engineering Services; PAX Movement / Cargo / Airport Ops / Bag Management)

· Information Security

· Enterprise (RAISE) Technology

· Revenue Technology & Data Analytics

· Business Transformation

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

·

Must be able to commit to work fulltime, 40 hours per week, for a total of 2 rotational semesters

(work at Delta during the Spring 2026 semester

(January12 - May 1, 2026),

go to school during the summer 2026 semester, then return to Delta to work Fall 2026 semester

(August 17 - December 11, 2026)

Be willing to work onsite in the MinneapolisSt. Paul, MN (MSP) headquarters office.

Most teams work a partially onsite / partially remote (hybrid) work schedule with management approval.

·

Be an undergrad college student with a2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program.

Degree emphasis should be in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business Management or a related field

· Ideal candidates have strong analytical, leadership, written and verbal communication skills and a good work ethic

· Be able to work well with a diverse group of people and consistently make safety and security of self and others a priority

· Have an interest in solving complex problems and be willing to invest time and energy to overcome roadblocks

· Possess an awareness of cloud technology, Agile methodologies, Software Dev Lifecycles, and/or PC hardware components and maintenance

· Be able to conduct yourself in a mature manner and be comfortable working in a business casual work attire environment

· Be interested in working for Delta Air Lines after graduation if presented with an opportunity and a full time job offer

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

· Ability to code, be familiar with the structure of Development teams/squads, sprints, taking stories off backlogs, etc.

· Some positions require familiarity with Python, AWS, and having some understanding of Information Security

· Ability to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain what can be learned from the data and how it can support decision making

· Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult to solve challenges faced by our customers

· Have a passion for working on technologies such as Mobile apps, Enterprise Web apps, APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence

Pay Range: $22.56 - 23.47
