Ability to walk in on day one and close over 50% of the leads you meet with. LEADERSHIP:

Be a proactive, accountable leader who holds weekly 1-on-1s and staff meetings, leading the team to business growth. Must handle pressure confidently. FINANCE:

Meet monthly with ownership to review budgets versus actuals, line by line. This General Manager Can Expect: To join a fun team that works & play hard To facilitate weekly staff meetings to inform and inspire action To be accountable to an annual budget covering revenue, overhead, COGS, etc. To provide a world-class experience to every person, including professional athletes Responsibilities: Serve as a key contact for members, focusing on delivering the D1 customer experience Assist with member progress check-ins Set up new memberships in the POS system Process payments Provide front desk sales and information Assist with special events Manage all sales Qualifications: Associate Degree 3 years of management experience Proven sales ability and enthusiasm for selling Knowledge of gym and retail operations Positive, energetic personality with a “can do” attitude Willing to be the first in and last out, demonstrating strong leadership
